• 4/6/26I placed a large catering order with Jersey Mike’s through DoorDash totaling $479 and scheduled it two days in advance. Unfortunately, the order arrived over 1.5 hours late, causing significant disruption to our schedule at a conference.
The delay was not the fault of the DoorDash driver. The driver informed me they waited at the restaurant for over an hour because staff were prioritizing customers in line rather than preparing the pre-scheduled catering order. Given that this order was placed two days ahead of time, I expected it to be planned for and prepared accordingly.
To make matters worse, two bowls were missing from the order, and only about half of the items were labeled, making distribution to our group difficult.
For an order of this size and value, I expected much better execution and communication. The experience was disappointing and created unnecessary stress during an important work event.

• 14/1/25it was supposed to be a full-length sub. I paid for a full length sub but got a 6-in. it was a small 6-in I should have called. I should have ordered through Subway. I'm going to try Subway next time or flyer engine Firehouse subs
