This was the best sushi I've had in a long time. I actually cannot remember anything better. We had veg fried dumplings and harumaki as starters. Both were absolutely exceptional. I had the Yellowtail Combo. Again, outstanding. The yellowtail was fresh and sushi was excellent. The Kimchi Ramen is like the quality of a gourmet ramen restaurant. The Seared Wagyu Handroll was also exceptional. A small bite, but perfectly prepared and flavored. We are definitely ordering here again and will dine in at the next opportunity. You should definitely give this a try.

OUTSTANDING and beyond delicious! The Bulgogi(beef rice bowls) was so flavorful -- I appreciate the thin slices of beef that makes it hold the juice flavor and tender, as well as the delicately sliced vegetables (loved the onions and baby broccoli). And the beef Fried Dumplings are my favorite mandu in VA -- they are so perfectly crispy and the perfect filling. Obsessed!

Honestly, Ichigo Sushi exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Volcano, Volcano Crunch, Ichigo, Las Vegas, Red Dragon and Caterpillar Rolls. Each Roll was amazing, very fresh, and every bite was delicious. Definitely worth every penny that was spent. We will be ordering again and suggesting this restaurant to friends and family.

I wanted to wait to write a review since they were new. Quality went downhill, prices went up. Rolls are a little sloppier, and they taste different. The edamame today was dry and tasteless. Last time I ordered they totally forgot it. The sauce that came with the crab rangoons at first was great but now it's just duck sauce. They even used to garnish the containers with flowers. I will probably still order again since there is no decent sushi around here, but I wish the quality would improve.

The salmondon has always been amazing, arranged almost like a flower, 10-15 pieces of wonderful sushi. This time, however, it was 7 pieces laid across a bed of rice. Which is not worth it.
