Hi, I wanted to share some honest feedback about an order I received on Monday night during the Eagles game. The quality was unfortunately very disappointing. The bread was soggy, the veggies were wilted and mushy, the meat had little to no flavor, and the fries were undercooked and extremely salty. The meal overall was unpleasant and ended up being thrown out. I don’t have photos since I wasn’t looking for any credits I just wanted to provide genuine feedback so you’re aware of the issue. Pizza crust wasn't cooked. Fries were undercooked. Sub roll was not fresh and not made as requested.

They must have stepped their game up! I havent order from here in years but decided to give another try because i really wanted a good cheesesteak after having a terrible one from another place. really impressed! Got the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak (Mini) it was so good!

this place has gone downhill. I used to get the Stromboli special evey Wednesday until 1 day I had like neon green spinach in my Greek Stromboli. I asked them why the recipe changed and they said that's what Sisco delivered to them. gross. nobody wants canned spinach sloped in there at the prices they charge. the cheesesyeaks are bland. it's just not worth the price. it's 16 for a large cheesesteak. its not even remotely close to a real philly
