Got the [Popular] Hickory-smoked Pulled Pork Combo w/ collard greens and macncheese... and it is so so good.
The meat: smoked to perfection, it requires no sauce or adding. You can taste every part of the smoke, the meat and the rub/marinade. Just be aware that it does lean towards some spice by default. Not a crazy amount but not for those who are more sensitive.
Mac and cheese: nothing to scream about, but consistent and a good ratio of cheese (it's a carb for the meal, and isn't going to outshine the meat)
collard greens: good flavor (a slightly spicy broth base and texture, but more importantly... it's not oversalted (the salt may be a bit much for those more sensitive, but collard greens tend towards that way as a baseline)
My only qualm is that I wish there was more meat, but that's just because it was:
So dang good!

I was looking to get BBQ but everything is so expensive these days. I saw they had BOGO whole wings and gave them a shot and was very satisfied. I went with the lemon pepper, which are not what you might expect if you're used to how chains make them but they had a lot of flavor and I liked the way they made them.
You could also taste a nice level of smoke in the wings too, not too much. They were extremely juicy and I think even without the BOGO the price is pretty good.
The sides are all only $3 so I ordered the fries, Mac and Cheese, and the Potato Salad. The mac n cheese was definitely the best. Fries were solid and the potato salad was decent.
Overall, great value.

Now when I say this plate did what it was suposed to do. The only thing left after I got done was the memories of what it looked like. From the yams being homemade and not the kind out the can with seasonings added. The greens was fresh with the right amount of flavor. And lastly the ribs were amazing. I hate saucy ribs and these were just what I needed. 10/10 would recommend and eat again.
