The Hot-Cheeto Esquite came loaded—cheesy, creamy, and that spicy crunch? Chef’s kiss. It was packed right and still warm when it arrived.
Then the Fresas con Crema with coconut flakes and granola? So refreshing! Light, sweet, and the texture combo was perfect.
Both were fresh, flavorful, and made with love. When I’m back in Eugene, this spot’s already on my list. 💕🌽🍓

I went in thinking this was a Mexican steet food cart because I didn't know of this place but apparently they sell ice cream in their store front. I will definitely have to go in because WOW. the food is legit. best Torta del Chavo I've had in Eugene, Elote was fire, the Fresas Con Crema was a drink and it was absolutely the most delicious thing I've had in my life. and I love a place that will prep a mango for me, and the Flor de Mango was perfectly sweet, big juicy and ripe. I am already in love with this place

The sweet Tamales de Elote are so good! It's a large tamal and we will keep buying them. It's a great option for a quick bite.
