The vegan was just ok, IMO. The tofu was bland and there wasn't much of it. There was a ton of oil on the noodles and the flavor was just sort of meh, aside from the ground creamy edamame on top that was interesting and pretty tasty.

Overall the options and authentic style and quality of the food is very good. This was the second Kajiken I went to. The first one I ate in and this one I ordered delivery.
I definitely do not recommend delivery as the fried squid was so hard and too chewy to eat and the gyoza were too oily though they were tasty (but small). The noodles are also hard to eat/mix as they have been sitting.
So I highly recommend eating in if you can and or selecting the quickest delivery option and early eating time as possible

We loved the Tonkotsu ramen we ordered! It was so fresh and had the perfect amount of broth. They also got all of our extra little things (e.g. who wanted bok choy, an extra egg) correct. Will definitely be repeat customers from here on out.

Really good packaging and instructions. I bought the small Kajiken bag and it is a great keepsake. The art is amazing and the ramen was great! They even provided a pen and a bottle opener! 5 stars!

Bland tonkotsu. Gyoza was good. Sukiyaki was ok but oddly sweet.
