• 13/5/26I purchased a Juicy Nookie Burger but I was sent a regular cheese burger. The food wasn't sealed and the driver had access to it.
I usually get the Pot O'gold Wings. I ordered 8, only 7 wings came. Very very dissatisfied with the service. Either from overpaying for food I didn't receive or the poor packing.
Nook is losing some steam or customer service mindset.

• 29/6/26The kids Kids' Cheeseburger & Fries was skimped on more than half the fries. Also the burger was dry. Chicken Tenders with Fries was more like chicken chunks.

• 11/3/26Normally The Nook is legendary. Not today. The burger was dry, rubbery and flavorless. The fries were a greasy, soggy clumped together nest of failure. In this economy $50 worth of food needs to be executed better especially with the Casper and Runyon's name attached to it.

• 26/2/26Fish was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Coleslaw was light but filling. I would definitely order again!
