Dug in before taking a picture but by far the best ramen I've had in Boise! I've lived here for 10+ years and havent found anything close to this! So happy they are open!!

The Kinya Ramen was absolutely AMAZING. There is a good portion of meat and toppings which is greatly appreciated and worth the money. The soup is very flavorful and came at the perfect temperature to start eating. It came in containers that are easy to rewarm. I just wish it came with utensils like chopsticks.

the Takoyaki (6pcs) was hot and I really liked the green onion on top. the Salmon Avocado and Salmon Roll were both fresh tasting and great quality. portions on everything were standard but the price and quality were above average. i Will order from here again.

food was really good and I've eaten here before. sushi is in standard amounts and might be a little more expensive than some other places in the valley, but still amazing! The only bad part about my experience was that when I drank my boba, it had some pearls that weren't entirely cooked. this led to my boba being a little crunchy sometimes. still very good, and sushi was fresh and not fishy smelling even though I ordered online! kinya kinya roll was fire

I feel so fortunate to find this restaurant that Miso Ramen was literally the best soup I've ever eaten. I lived in Japan for two years and I had my yakisoba and I had my udon noodles. The pork was charbroiled. It was so delicious. I can't even contain myself. My dogs went nuts. Also cause I ordered extra. It is the best soup I have ever eaten. I've made my way through the menu a bit and I can't wait to have more the wings from a previous order were also close to the best I've ever had what a pro pro pro restaurant that is my God it's better than authentic
