This cuisine is so authentic and amazing!! The steak with the Chilaquiles verdes was perfectly cooked, and had an amazing flavor. I got lucky and stumbled on to this gem ordering the Tamal de chipilin. I was blown away by the balance in the sauces and the time and care that went into making this food. My husband had to try it, and he loved it!! The rice, is seriously some of the best rice I ever had. We are southern foodies, and exceeding our expectations like this is a challenge, but we were so pleasantly blown away. One day I will stop by and see the lovely people that make this remarkable food!! Thanks so much!!! Please try it, it's excellent!!! 5 Stars!!!!
