This is the 2nd time this week I've ordered a Specialty Mochasippi® specifically to include whip cream, and line the cup with caramel and white mocha. My drink has come without whip and without the caramel and white mocha both times

I ordered a decaf Crème Brûlée Latte it was horrible. It was all steamed milk and zero coffee. I know this because when I poured it out there was zero scent of coffee.
