Finally found great ramen! I've tried a couple other places lately and was extremely disappointed. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and you actually get a whole egg! Good portion too. If I had remembered to ask for chili oil it would have been chef's kiss, the umami was a bit overpowering

some of the best vegan ramen in portland ♡ & there are *options*! the curry & garlic shoyu are 10/10! the tofu is perfect. the portions are great. i always feel so nourished 🫡🙂↔️

Literally the best ramen I've ever had. First time we ordered I got extra noodles on the side, but they already include the PERFECT ratio of noodles to broth. The tofu is delicious. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The broth is bursting full of flavor. They always draw cute stuff on our bags and/or containers. I dream of Matsunoki Ramen. YUM.

The Pumpkin Tantanmen was a lifetime top ten ramen experience, and the Popcorn Tofu was delicious (dipped in the ramen broth was perfect). Both delivered hot and with the tofu still crispy. If their other dishes are anything like this, it's easily my new favorite ramen spot in Portland.

The Vegan Spicy Garlic ramen was amazing! Very spicy. And the Popcorn Tofu was pressed perfectly before being fried also perfectly. I've never had this place before, but i can't wait to try all their vegan ramens, just based on how amazing this one is.
