my steak was not moist like usually, the pop was a sprite but it tasted like water they to change it so it can pump sprite right, pancake was dry

The meat on my sandwich was old and dry and the tomatoes looked old look like the meat have been sitting up all day

Food was okay but the Sprite was hot and taste watered down. It didn’t have any ice either. They also left off one of the drinks from the order.

I ordered a quarter pounder and got a Big Mac and I also paid for cookies and a Oreo McFlurry® and didn't receive none of those items I paid $31.81 and didn't get what I paid for

I don't know what's going on,but lately the service for night orders from many restaurants have been terrible.I asked for a plain chicken sandwich and there was mayonnaise on it. I could see on the picture that the dasher sent me that the bag was poorly sealed and already open. I am very upset and angry. I spent my money to get what I asked for and that means proper service. I hope this pitiful situation doesn't ever happen again. I've never had this issue with the day shift. This is so sad .
