Fortunately, Patrick was here in Thorold at the time of the tragedy, living with his wife and raising his children at the City Hotel he owned, which is now the Donnelly Pub.
The Fish and chips is phenomenal. They do not go easy on the corn beef they give tons. Overall food was amazing hot and tasted delicious

The meat used in the Rueben's was so incredibly SALTY, so much so, we couldn't eat them. I know smoked meats, corned beef etc. are cured with salt, but this was horrible. My mouth is burning and I am so thirsty, never again.
The Sweet Potato Fries were just so-so, soggy, very oily too. Portion-wise all around, way too much money for what you do get.
The Potato Skins were four measily skins. They were okay, average at best but for 12 bucks, a rip-off. Potatoes are cheap!
First time and very last time I will order from here.

I get the chicken fingers here regularly. Super good and priced well for the quality. Staff is always friendly too!
