Rubbery and flavorless steak on my sandwich. Honey walnut cream cheese was reminescent of drywall mud with chunks of real drywall! Chai tea latte with a shot of espresso tasted horrible and had so much coffee grounds in the bottom I could have made a second cup of coffee.

This was the best bagel breakfast sandwich I've ever had! The hash browns could have been a little more done. I like them a little krispier. Will definitely order again.

No straw for iced coffee and charged me for a bagel sandwich that they didn't end up making. They should've changed the bagel charge but did not. I ended up paying over $30 for an iced coffee. Very disappointed
