staff was really nice, but the beef was tough and chewy, fries were mush because they were trapped up too tight and they had a funny aftertaste. if im ordering smash burgers on Hertel again its gotta be Cluck Cluck Moo Moo

First time ordering from here. Ordered the C5.Fried Chicken Wings Combo and was not disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. Chicken was moist & crispy. Biscuit was fresh and soft. The sauces Mayonnaise Crispy House Mayonnaise Pineapple & the Mango Habanero was very good! Definitely will order again and spread the word! Sorry I didn't take more pics of everything I was too hungry lol All was top tier

It was ok. The chicken coating was good. We got the whole chicken to try it out. It was fried well. I'd skip the burger and the fries if we order again. Not a fan of the coated fries. The burger was a thin frozen patty.

The fried chicken wings were really good, especially the spicy ones. The Crispy Chicken Burger Only was juicy and tender. Didn't care for the fries at all.
