The one time only that my order was incorrect I called and the manager was not only super apologetic but she made up for thr mistake by replacing my order. The food is always good and fresh and I appreciate that they care so much!

My burrito only had 4 small bite size pieces of chicken. I added veggie mix (cabbage/carrot) and that consisted of Close to nothing . Quite strange. I don't think my burrito was worth the money. That was the 1st and last time I order the chicken in ANYthing. I asked for ranch but did not get it. Once again!

ordered tots and 2 salad sides and got refried beans instead. salads should have been labeled "Small Pile of lettice and a small tomato slice"

I'm 71 years old and I've been eating taco time food since I was in junior high school. This is the second time I've been dissatisfied with the Port Orchard stores quality. I don't have that problem when it comes from the Silverdale store there's this always right on. Haven't been a shift manager in a taco time nearly 40 years ago. I know that when a deep fried burrito is nearly burnt on the outside but barely warm on the inside is because it's being cooked too hot two times in a row very dissatisfied at over $30 a pop for somebody that's on SSI. I'm gonna have to stop ordering food from taco time

wonderful food,crisp beef burrito is well cooked and tasty.
only issu is no way toorder soda except as part of a combo meal.
