I've never received a COLD COFFEE in a paper cup before the cup is falling apart. Seeping out. & to add insult to injury tastes HORRIBLE. It's supposed to be a ice macchiato with milk caramel and simple syrup, it taste like espresso and water super nasty and bitter (coming from someone who doesn't even like it too sweet) bagels are good but coffee here has been bad each time I order. Would not order again. Portion is extremely small for 7$

Hardly any tuna and it was watery . Thought it was like New York location and it's not . Disappointed

The bagels were great but there was only one tiny HASH BROWN PATTY for $4

I ordered the hot macchiato, and this is what came in the cup. I have to say I thought the cup would be full. LOL
