I had accidentally ordered from the wrong location and this location did well to make the order for me quickly and let the original store know I had ordered from them by mistake.

Little Hamburger was cooked right but they put waaaaaay too much ketchup on it. why put condiments on both buns? They mess up a good burger by doing an awful job of dressing it.

Five Guys has gone way down in quality.
They overdo it on condiments, Mayo was oozing out of the sandwich. It was"wet."
Fries lukewarm at best AFTER I took them out of my oven.

Asked for two cheeseburgers and received no cheese. This place is too expensive for yall to be forgetting essential ingredients. Also hate how soft their fries are
