Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This Bojangles is going down in quality of food fries used to be fresh perfectly seasoned Bo bites golden and crispy and now cold old burnt food is all I've received the last 2 visits. I will not be ordering from here again unfortunately was my favorite location. Only ordered this and the portion was not what it should be about 8 or 10 fries and were in the box simply thrown there.

biscuit was burned and hard. almost all of my fries was small and over cooked as if I was given the crumbs out the fryer.. ordered a sweet tea and the tea was not sweet at all. will never order from this Bojangles again.

3pc Leg & 2 Thighs chicken was OLD!! portions was very small, !skin very hard!a could barely Bite!!!the dirty rice was dry and the sasauge in the rice was old an hard!!! the Mac&Cheese had no flavor and it was very pasty!!! This i the Second time I've ordered and the food was Gross!! SHAME on this foodchain!!!SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I will order from them again!!!

where is my egg? specifically ordered ccountry ham add egg and no egg. Southern Gravy Biscuit gravy was watery and runny. This was the worstI've ever hadand order from here often

Sweet Tea was not sweet and was closer to the Unsweetened Tea I drink so I ended up with that and giving up my last code red... Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo were bland and needed much more than salt and pepper but the biscuits are were soft so that's good. Bo-Berry Biscuit® was as expected and the Bo-Tato Rounds® tasted like the fryer had not been cleaned in forever. I'm sure not every customer is going to have the same experience since it's fast food and it's all good one day and then just fine a few days later so today is not good..
