Everything here is delishious! I've ordered thru door dash 5 times and everytime gets better! The Oxtails & Meatloaf are my favorite entrees. And the Yams & Collard Greens are my favorite sides! Everything is always fresh & hot even tho is delivery. The portions are the perfect size, totally worth the money! THIS PLACE IS SOOOOO GOOD, you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time ordering from this place. I was excited because they had Turkey Wings. I also ordered Pot Roast, Oxtails, and Fried Chicken. I didn't know the fried chicken was only wings because it wasn't mentioned on the site. However, they arrived hot and were tasty and crispy. They had great flavor.
The Pot Roast and Collard Greens were my second favorite although I was expecting some potatoes, onions and carrots in the mix.
My least favorite were the Oxtails Oxtails and Turkey Wings. They were tender but lacked some flavor for me. I think if the restaurant works on the flavor profile for these items they will be great. In addition, the rice was a little undercooked but edible.
The portions were nice size. I would give the restaurant a 4.5 if I could but couldn't quite give them a 5. However, I will definitely order again.

The food is pretty good. The yams could use a little less nutmeg but it's 2 for 1 so that's a steal. The portions are great and the Alfredo is pretty good. They did forget to add my broccoli but it's okay.

So let me lead with I am the 1stDD order placed & I use DD frequently. It was new to the app and who doesn't love soul food? However, I looked them up 1st and the reviews were amazing, per Google and their site. So, I was willing to spend. But to me it's not what others hype. The sweet tea arrived unsweetened and the oz for the price of $6 is ridiculous for that size.
The pork chops are amazing!
The yams taste burnt & bitter. Also contrary to what some may say the green beans are better than the collards, unless you're into that smoked turkey flavoring suffocating the flavor of the food.
It would be helpful if they would update the description on the options as well. I was under the impression the wings would be fried and the choice of flavor meant either tossed or on the side, however nowhere did it say if you selected bourbon flavor the wings would be roasted with bourbon flavor. But they are truly good. I had just expected fried with a dipping sauce as the flavor option.
