The item was advertised with both a photo and description showing that the bubble tea included bubbles, but when I received it, there were NO bubbles at all. I called the store to clarify, and they insisted that I ‘must have misread’ the listing. They refused to offer any real solution and were rude and dismissive during the call. Very disappointing and irresponsible customer service. 店家在图片和商品描述中都明确显示这款奶茶包含珍珠，但我收到的完全没有珍珠。打电话过去询问时，店家却坚持说是我看错了，不愿意提供任何实际的解决方案，态度还非常敷衍和不负责。体验非常差。

Bad quality, largely filled with water and not acutal milk tea. You can literally taste the flavor for water and almost no flavor for milk/milk tea
