I enjoyed the Creole Style Jambalaya with Shrimp & Scallops but I wish it came with more rice

I knew Chef Fredy's food was good - from many visits to his restaurant. I ordered Tuna Tartare and the Sea Food Paella and they were both excellent (the Paella was amazing) but they both traveled very well for the delivery.
