Greasy onion rings were thrown on top of the Philly Cheese Steak and smashed down with the lid. A flat, inedible, grease soaked sandwich is what I got.

The Chicken Wings or Tenders presentation was great but the buffalo sauce had almost a bitter taste and the chicken itself had an off taste to it. The French Fries weren't too bad though. Kind of disappointed it wasn't as good as it looked.

The food is always great. It's the packaging that needs work. I had corned beef and cabbage juice go all over inside the plastic bag. In the past I've had hot salad with wilted lettuce and melted cheese because it was packaged with hot food. A separation of cold and hot food with be nice and maybe some cardboard on the bottom of the bag to make it sturdier.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Ive eaten here in the past and food was great. Tonight everything was terrible - onion rings were over cooked then mushed and soggy when arrived, the Sliced Steak steak was over cooked and dry, while the toast was dripping in garlic oil, the fries were not the expected fresh kind - they were crinkle cut frozen fries!!! To top it all off, the fogot to pack my dish so another poor dasher had to bring it to me. Did not meet my expectations.
