Excellent quality bagel! Very fresh and yummy. The bagel itself was huge, enough for breakfast and lunch for me. I will definitely order again.

This is the first time I have ever submitted a negative review for a restaurant regarding a Door Dash order, but these bagels are virtually raw. A bagel is not a dinner roll. The outer shell is supposed to crisp/crunchy, with the inner part fluffy. Also, they are not supposed to be covered head to toe in whatever topping is ordered (which is probably why they are not cooked properly).
On the East Coast, these bagels would be an embarrassment. You have to cook them to a light brown color -- entirely -- and use the seeds/salt/garlic/onions, etc. to a sufficient degree, but not as a substitute for a crunchy shell.

I went to this place last week to try their buffalo chicken bagel (I didn't like) I came again to try a different bagel, but this one was just not it. The bagel had a glazed donut taste (I ordered the plain bagel) which did not go well with marina sauce absolutely not. Won't be trying this place again.

I ordered 4 Lox bagels and they completely left out ingredients. They did not include the cream cheese or capers! I paid extra for capers. It was basically a bagel with salmon and egg! They added capers on the side because they knew they left them out. Very disappointed.

How I got the most minimal amount of lettuce on a BLT is crazy. First time ordering. Don't know if I'll order again.
