oh. my. gosh! Bar none, THE best Bone In Pork Chop ever! And I am picky, picky, picky about my pork chops. This one was big, delicious and juicy! And the sweet potato was also huge and tender. I'll enjoy the rest of that tomorrow! Yum!

Everything was amazing. The Cesear dressing is so good and the croutons are one of a kind.
Fried chicken was crispy and juicy and my picky 8 yo even loved it. The fish is also huge and fried perfectly. Burgers are also great and cooked to order and the buns add a nice touch. Never had a bad experience!

Overall we really enjoyed our food from Kel's Tavern. I got the Fish n Chips and my husband got the Fried Chicken. We got the Fried Mozzarella to share. The fish and chips were delicious. The breading stayed crispy, and the portion was generous. The fries got a little soggy in transport, because the dasher had to make an additional stop before bringing our food, but they would have been really good fresh. The fried chicken was also a generous portion. It was crispy and juicy. He got the mashed potatoes and corn to go with it. Both were tasty. The corn was in a sauce that he found to be quite good. It was different but good. The one issue we had was the fried mozzarella. The cheese had all come out of the breading by the time it got here. The breading was also a bit thick, so I don't feel like it would have been good even had it arrived intact. My husband and I both tried to nibble at it, but it just wasn't good. We did also get the Baked Mac & Cheese to try, and it was very good as well. We were very pleased with our meal and will order from them again.

The chicken sandwich was tasty and HUGE! This meal wasn't much more than a fast food chain and while a chicken breast on sandwiches is shrinking everywhere else, this chicken was humongous and I could barely eat it it was so thick!
I will be ordering from Kel's Tavern again!

I have heard great things about Kels Tavern. Was close to area and decided to try. Unfortunately it was a let down. Broccoli Casserole as side dish $6 for small portion with chewy broccoli. The Tavern Burger I ordered was missing tomato, lettuce, and mayo. The burger itself was cooked perfectly. The top bun was burnt. The bottom bun was soggy and dripping of grease. The sweet potato fries were ok, bland, prob needed a little cinnamon sugar dusting. The sauce was good. Was let down. It was to go pick up order and only had 2 tables taken so no real reason for this.
