We love Yianni's we go for almost all our family birthdays and special occasions. Everything is always fresh and well seasoned. We always love getting the variety appetizers and honestly we haven't had a bad dish yet. My husband is Greek and we often seek out Greek food, and it is definitely the best Greek food we have had in the state so far. The staff is wonderful and treat you like family and try to remember your name. Overall we love everything about Yianni's and hope they bless us with their food and hospitality for many years to come.

1. How the Gyro Plate presents in picture: Lamb meat (in pic it shows kabob chunks of juicy meat), a carb (rice in pic), vegetables, pita bread (half pocket) and tzatziki.
2. The description on menu: Gyro meat = flat beaten down, ground lamb/mutton (so not what is in picture), 'a side' (so not both a vegetable and carbohydrate like a standard entree or plate), pita bread pieces (not anything able to open and place your meat in) and tzatziki. The tzatziki is described as part of plate, but you must pay over $1 for a tiny splat of it, on meat (not even in a side container, as shown).
3. What you actually get: Greek style lunch meat, with a side -that is the tiniest side I've ever seen (rice and fries are so inexpensive, it's really pathetic they get stingy here), as in a baby scoop of greasy rice, or a literal handful of fries (one can only grab max, about 10-13 fries in a handful) and no tzatziki, unless you pay more.
4. Basically: Their plate is lunch meat, a few cuts of pita bread and a tiny side. It would maybe work, on a kids' menu.
You are better off going to a sandwich place in Columbia. For half the price you get the pita bread, tzatziki, all the veg you want and at no additional cost.

Food tasted real good that is the PRO!
The CON, small portions for the price.
9.99 for the Dolmades you get four that are each half the size of my thumb.
8.99 Greek fries small amount not worth the price. Should be 4.99, 5.99 at most.
Gyro 14.99 very good should be 10 to 11 bucks.
Avgolemono soup 7.99 tasty but not even remotely worth the price! I got like 7 spoonfuls, Should be 1.99 for a cup.
The food tastes great but the price is rather absurd. Nearly 50 dollars for the above. Just not worth it.

The blueberry pancakes did not have much syrup on them and there was no whip cream in them. The overall appearance was not pleasing to the eye. I called the owners and they said they would replace the meal at no charge.

So the food tastes great. And I wouldn't even mind paying their prices for the lamb plate. But what I cannot get over is more than $10 for this tiny sliver of baklava. We'd probably order from here a lot if it was something reasonable. Like $6. Or if it came with 2 pieces. But right now I just feel like a fool who was totally taken advantage of. And no customer wants to feel like that. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
