• 4/9/26Brought the Beef Steak Don and Teriyaki Chicken Don with the buy one, get one promo. Portion was small and beef was hard to chew. Portion and quality is declining. My two Salmon Sashimi (6Pc) was a very small slice and was much smaller than my past orders. Not good value even with promo anymore.

• 24/4/26The 2 for 1 deal is predatory. They started cutting the salmon so thin there are holes in the slices. It seems they are aiming to create the illusion of value by cutting the slices thin enough that two portions actually only have the same amount as one, then attract people with the 2 for 1 deal. They used to be honest but I have seen this twice now. Two portions still left me hungry the last two times. Never coming back

• 13/4/26I wish I could review the Tokusen Oden (1 Cup) and Sushi Rice (Bowl) that I ordered, but they were missing from my package. Instead, I only received the Unagi Don, which was unfortunately terrible.
I tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be ordering from here again.

• 28/2/26Got my order wrong and accidentally added a steak Don Buri. Tasted old and hard, would never get this even though I didn't mean to. All I wanted was my salmon sashimi. Absolutely terrible and smelled horrible.
