Great sandwich could have used more tomato but overall still enjoyable. Sodas were large cups instead of bottles which was disappointing but still enjoyed my lunch.

Honestly it was sad literally, the sandwich was a small barely 4 meatballs clearly not worth the money, wont be back , service was fine and on time, but quality and price were a joke, and bread didn't taste good maybe not fresh

Consistently gets orders wrong. Today the actually sent the right sandwich but the bread was wrong, it felt like cardboard. And when you order and bowl of soup, you're lucky if it's halfway full and it was lukewarm like it was old and thrown in the microwave for a minute.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and the bread was soggy. They barely put lettuce and tomatoes and both sandwiches were flat. There was a sticker saying our order was double checked and they forgot our chips. We were very disappointed in Firehouse Subs.
