Everytime I go here or order I am left satisfied. I love the Mac fries, I'd say it's better than Kiki's. The fries and chicken are fresh and crispy, yet it doesn't feel dry with the flavorful sauces. I've also gotten the burgers here and they're thick and full of flavor. This place is great, customer service is great!

We haven't ordered from Skips in a while, but we were in the mood for it, so went ahead and got a Pick 3 Basket with catfish, wings, and oysters. Everything was fresh and hot. Perfectly packaged. I do wish the rice and gravy had more gravy on it, though. We also had a bit of a sweet tooth and saw the desserts 2 for 1, so we ordered the Banana Pudding and Peach Cobbler. We haven't tried them, yet, but they look delicious.

This place has really stepped up its game — the fish and chicken are cooked to perfection! You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and everything comes out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The portions are generous, and the prices are very fair.
I also noticed the management has changed recently, and you can definitely feel the difference — the service is friendlier, faster, and way more organized than before. The new team clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
Highly recommend giving this spot another try if you haven’t been in a while — it’s honestly one of the best fish and chicken places around!

The new ownership of this Skip's has really stepped up their game! All the fish and chicken came hot and fresh! And the sides were large, and absolutely yummy! When we didn't get our choice of sides because they ran out they offered to compensate us with extra entrees and threw in some great gifts for the kids to make up for our inconvenience! Most definitely will go the extra mile to order from this Skip's in the future!

My first time trying and terrible quality. I received the wrong order (ordered fried catfish and received shrimp). I also ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken was thin, dry and coated super thick with breading which makes it look big, but it's all breading. The chicken inside looked like it had been sitting out and super dry with no flavor.
