I got a call from the restaurant letting me know an item I ordered was one of their daily specials that, unfortunately, did not show up on the Door Dash menu, but due to it being on special she could change it and save me a good amount of money. That was going above and beyond and showing they care about their customers. I greatly appreciate this young lady and her kindness. I'm so sorry I do not remember her name but that was awesome on her behalf. The food is always consitantly delicious, the portions are huge and the food is always fresh and hot.

My wife has been raving about Pizza Allie every single time we're in St. Augustine — it's the whole reason we plan trips around this town. Tonight we finally broke tradition and did takeout instead of dining in. Should've stayed home and ordered a frozen pizza from the gas station. At least that one gets seasoned before it goes in the box. $83 for two 16" pizzas that showed up looking right and tasting like regret. The crust wasn't undercooked so much as it was confused — somehow both raw in the middle and dry as a cracker that's been left on the dashboard since June. Zero seasoning. Zero char. Zero joy. Four adults, two pizzas, and only half of us made it past slice one. The other two just sat there doing the math on how much we paid per bite of sadness. Delivery driver: 10/10, no notes, showed up right on time with a smile. The pizza he was carrying, however, should've been confiscated as evidence. We'll be back next time we're in town — but we're eating in, watching them make it, and praying whatever happened tonight was a one-time fluke and not the new normal.

Taste was like ketchup. Forgot my salad and bread. Package was falling apart.
