Both chicken and taco salads were really good. Fresh produce and dressed up with all my favorite condiments.
The Birria with cheese tacos... with consume' are you kidding me? Get down there and stuff your face with this delicious Mexican traditional food. Great flavor. Super fresh. Huge portions.

Both the grilled chicken salad and the taco salad were just fantastic. I also had the red crispy tacos con queso. The consume' was so good I could drink it by the quart.
I've had the rolled chicken taquitos. They came with a heavy topping of lettuce and dressed with sour cream and guac. That's a whole meal in itself.
I can't end this without mentioning their chicken mole'. I happen to be a mole' snob. Theirs is the best I've had in GP so far.... it's so good I think I'll try it again!
Great spot! Does not disappoint.
In a town with a huge amount of Latin influence... Tijuana Birria really stands out.

The Mexican hot dog blew me away. Never in 16 years living here have I had a dog with such explosive flavor. Literally the best hot dog in so oregon. The birria tacos and consommé are awesome as usual. But I also tried the burger. Phenomenal burger. Juicy and flavorful patty and fresh tomatoe and lettuce. Not my favorite lettuce but on this burger it worked well. Damm good burger. Asada tacos were great as well with the home made salsa.
All in all this is an all around fantastic place. Very so cal ish as far as flavors. I highly recommend this place

the Cielo Mar & Tierra Nachos are absolutely fantastic. huge pile of goodness you wont be sorry about. the Shrimp Taco are some of the better ones we've found in town. hot and fresh nothing stale. will be a repeat customer quite often

First time ordering from Tijuanas birria. Delicious and very filling. I had theLunch size Nachos which I only got through1/2 of them. Large portion, amply goodies and the chips were great. Not the usual skinny thin ones most restaurants use, these were a little thicker.This added to my enjoyment cuz you load or scoop the chips and they don't break apart. Lots of shredded beef, pinto beans, and guacamole. This is a place to reorder from and try their other dishes. You won't be disappointed. Everything in or on these nachos was superbly fresh.
