• 25/5/26Super sad to leave this review, but want to save others the disappointment. Istanbul Shish Kabob is my favorite restaurant in CHS, legitimately. I was so excited to try this new sister store. The pita bread is not the soft, airy, pillowy pita they serve at Istanbul. Tragic. I ordered a Greek salad, and they were "out of stock" so they gave me a Jerusalem salad instead. If you've been to Istanbul, this is the very finely chopped cucumber/tomato mix. I love almost every single on Istanbul's menu, but this was the one item I've always disliked. Their Greek salad at Istanbul is incredible--this substitution is a joke, in my opinion. So, my entire order was a big buzzkill. Only upside is they haven't changed their hummus, tzatziki, or garlic sauce. I've just got nothing to dip in them because the pita is trash :(
