Ordered two 10 piece legs & thighs. Both were poor quality. Possibly chicken was placed back in fryer briefly. Crust was extremely hard. Definitely not fresh.

I ordered a 3pc with a wing thigh and drumstick and received old burnt chicken and a old breast instead of a thigh this is the second time I order food and my food was old and my order was incorrect and they gave me what drink they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered

Ordered 3 piece meal. Food was delivered hot ( had to let it cool off ) and the biscuit was soft and falling apart

food wasn't bad but 1/5 of my tenders was plain and not spicy, and I didn't get either of my honey mustards which was a disappointment. jalapeno bombers are good actually have some spice to them.

not only was sideof buttered corn omitted from my order. but chicken was apparently left under heat lamp & dried to being hard instead of crispy.
