THE VERY BEST!  I've been coming here for years. Everything is phenomenal here.  I moved here from TX and Willingham's brisket is the best.  The jalapeno sausage is great also!  The ribs and the beef ribs on the weekends is AMAZING!  I love this place and the owners.

perfectly rendered brisket and pork ribs , fall off the bone, not dry. sweet sauce has hints of cherry not my thing. mild sauce is savory unusual but not my thing. collards flavorful andfresh not heavy.slaw not too sweet. big plump fresh baked beans sweet savory meat chunks. overall a nicely executed and packaged meal to lock in moisture.

I've ordered twice from here in the last two days.  Both times the food was excellent.  The first order, I had the Brisket(Moist), Jalapeno Sausage, Collard Greens, and Chili.  Everything was good, most of it was Amazing.  Outside of Backyard BBQ, I don't think I've had better Brisket in California.  The Jalapeno Sausage was clearly made fresh and had a great flavor profile without being too spicy. The grain and snap on the sausage was great. The Collard Greens were tender without being mushy, and well flavored without being too salty. The Chili was the only thing that just seemed OK.  Nothing spectacular, but not bad in any way.  I think it would be better if I could doctor it with some sides like Sour Cream, Chives, and Cheese.  I appreciated the complimentary Pickles and Onions, which always go great with salty greasy BBQ. My second order was  Pork  Ribs (St. Louis Style) Ribs and Cole Slaw.  The smoke and tenderness on the ribs was top notch, and the cole slaw was crisp and tangy, without being too sweet. I look forward to my next meal, probably next week.

This BBQ is really good.  Best i've had in a really long time, especially in LA.  The shredded pork is very flavorful,  and the bark on the brisket was heaven.  Even the creamed corn was excellent.

Delicious food with great service! 

Had to wait a little this time (probably bc of the holiday crowd) but could see everyone was working very hard on the back. We appreciate the hard work to perfect their service and food. Definitely no complaints. It was easily worth the wait.

Once again, pristinely packaged and perfectly cooked. Easily the best BBQ we've had in South Bay (even after some new recent entries into the local market). The ribs and brisket are easy to identify as must-eats (and collard greens!). But try the chili; it's unexpectedly amazing.
