The cheeseburger and fries were delicious.
The fries are freshly cut and you can really taste the potato. My cheeseburger was piled high with all of my favorite toppings. I highly recommend Five Guys. Yum!!

the cheese on my Grilled Cheese Sandwich wasn't even melted. the Regular Fries cup was barely full and not really many baglers. the fries also tasted like they had been sitting out all day. don't think I'll be going back.

Bacon Cheeseburger was at the perfect temperature and I loved the lettuce and ketchup. Regular Cajun Fries were delicious and right amount!! 😁 Both were amazingly delicious!!

The quality of the french fries is becoming inconsistent. Some days the fries are incredibly overcooked, or under-seasoned and the portion size appears to be decreasing (particularly the large fries).

We were missing the extra patty(+$3) on the patty melt, the hotdog was missing most condiments, as well as the little bacon cheeseburger. we also only received a small fry instead of the regular fries ($7+) this app is not letting me try to get a refund and no one would answer when I called to see if we could have it remade. I'm actually surprised at the poor quality because we usually get five guys from time to time and it's always perfect. I'm sure this was just an off day, but I would still appreciate a refund at the least.
