The “Creole Crown Burger” BURGER BATTLE ENTRY was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. The concept was perfectly executed- the toppings impecable, the burger perfectly cooked, and the flavor was the most divine gluttonous explosion of perfection. The beignets were an amazing touch and expertly crafted. Swamp Daddys does it again!

Portion for the Catfish & Fries is too small for the price and the fish itself is was not cooked or seasoned well. It was rubbery and tough. The New Orleans Blackened Shrimp could use a little more rice to combat the runniest but was really good.

The House Louisiana Hot Sauce needs to be bottled! My first experience with stuffed beignets and it is now my new favorite. The Grits came perfectly seasoned and creamy without losing ther classic taste. The Grandma Candy Yams were better than desert; they can literally go directly into a pie crust of your choice, and pairs well with the Greens.The Bayou Foster Smash Burger with Cajun fries was divine. All ingredients are fresh, great value to serving size. Now that Swamp Daddy's delivers to Brandon, this is my restaurant go to!

Swamp Daddy's never disappoints! The Chicken and Sausage Chicken and Sausage Gumbo was a surprise. I expected to enjoy it, I did not expect to get addicted! I was overwhelmed by tge flavor of the Fried Chicken Po Boy ; the seasoning is balanced with the freshest of ingredients. Honestly, I hope they add desserts!

The Cajun Chicken Pasta was excellent. The flavors were not overwhelming. The New Orleans Blackened Shrimp was tasty and the shrimp were nicely cooked. The crabcakes were flavorful and the sauce was delicious.
