The cheese wasn't melted at all. It was like they cooked the meat and sat some really really cold cheese on top. The meat was lukewarm because of this. I have had some amazing amazing sandwiches from here and these were not up to par

The Naked Fries were soggy but that could be from the prolonged wait. And the sandwich. Hambrosia was pitiful. hardly anything on it.

The boneless chicken bites are NOT what the picture is. The best description I can give you is... McDonald chicken nuggets - Also they don't come with sauce.

Triple Cheesesteak barely had any meat on it! Definitely unsatisfied
