Chips were completely crushed into tiny pieces. It was obvious before I opened the bag. I guess that was supposed to be the free item. Sandwiches were great though!

Firehouse Sub never puts my pickle that I request to have in my box with my sandwich. they will just completely forget it. but if you go into the store and you tell them you don't want pickle they automatically give you one. and even if you ask for easy dressing they will load your sandwich down to where it's practically wet by the time you get it.
