I ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings and a lemonade $22 for a chicken sandwich is ridiculous. My onion rings never came.

I ordered Double Cheeseburger and got the burger without any cheese or ingredients other than the meet or bun. I gave them a pass once when this happened before but this is the 2nd time and it doesn't match my order and totally unacceptable.
