We’ve visited this restaurant before but decided to try the Black Garlic Ramen for take out this time. The flavor was excellent, rich, not overly salty, and you could tell the noodles and meat were fresh and high quality. That said, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what we’ve had at other ramen spots.
I added red ginger, but for an extra $3, the amount they gave was really disappointing. Between the $20 ramen and the add-on, the price felt steep for the portion provided.
Another drawback was the wait time. The app showed our order would be ready in an hour, but when we arrived, we had to wait an additional 20–25 minutes, making it about an hour and a half total.
Overall, while the ramen itself tasted great, the portion, price, and long wait make me unsure if I’d order it again.

Best sushi in all of Hanford. I have this about once or twice a week. The sushi is always fresh and taste so good. Skip all the other places. This one is special.

I ordered the Philadelphia Roll which is a decent size. Quality items, good taste.
Only thing I would recommend is the Smoked Salmon have more of a smokey flavor. I felt it was lacking.
Otherwise 4/5 absolutely must try this restaurant.

Better to go eat at the restaurant, as you get less and pay significantly more with door dash. My teriyaki ribeye was over cooked (I asked for medium) and was more fat than edible meat. It came in a large bowl sitting on top of soggy/mushy rice (I know the difference, as gohan/rice is a staple in our household).
Salmon Sashimi was good but came with just a tiny dab of wasabi and no soy sauce packets or chopsticks. Just napkins.
Interestingly, Toshiko sent a receipt that showed that basically I paid $60 for a $37 meal through DoorDash without the ability to change anything about my food. I guess that's the risk/reward.

Had to wait for my order even though there wasnt a lot of ppl. Ordered medium rare. Gave me medium well. Very dry. Vegetables are super bland. The cut that they gave me was pretty much scrap. Its almost all fat and gristle. Not my first time having issues with quality of food. Usually overcooking issues. For the price point I probably wont be returning. Sushi is ok but for the price I would rather go to Boba in lemoore or Hino Oishi in Fresno if u dont mind a drive.
