The meat is pretty good, ribs were a little small, but good flavor and the brisket is tasty. The chicken is overly seasoned but not a big deal. I will say, though, and its the only reason Im leaving this review.... the sides, my god are they bad. The beans are literally just dry cooked beans. No moisture or flavor, and the coleslaw seems to be just raw cabbage with some seasoning on it? No mayo in the coleslaw is absolutely wild. I threw both of the giant side boxes away which is such a waste but theyre so bad. TLDR don't spend the extra money on sides.

I regret not ordering the full rack! I ordered the half rack of ribs and I was not disappointed. The flavor reminded me of cookouts on the coast in Mississippi. The ribs themselves are so flavorful, but the bbq sauce is off the chain.
