What a waste of money - fist the pizza was dropped or held sideways. Seconds it's under cooked and soggy and the wrong size. I ordered an 18 in pizza and it's 16". I love the other grimaldis but this one in DC ranch cannot prepare decent delivery orders. When I used to order from Kierland it was always crispy, this is barely even a crust and so incredibly thin - its insane to charge $30 for this meager pizza

Absolutely terrible pizza. There was not a single hint of seasoning. Tasted like no-salt tomato sauce. Cheese also bland and artificial-tasting; salt-free as well?. The sausage, what little there was of it, as OK. First and last time ordering here.

Cooked perfectly, I love their Traditional Pizza. The Caesar salad is very good, and so is the cheesecake trio. I do wish you could offer a side of Italian bread though. You can only get the bread with the antipasto.

Pizza was fine. Good, not great. Placed pre-order at 2:48pm for 6:05pm pickup time and pizza was ready at... 6:50pm (45 minutes late) and place was not that busy. Staff was not even a little contrite. No apology at all. Won't go back.
