got half&half w/ secret sauce and spicy galbi. tbh secret sauce was not my taste, and i can go as far as to say they should leave it a secret, but the spicy galbi was pretty good, and i'm sure you wouldn't miss with their other traditional flavors. btw i think this encompasses kfc pretty well. kfc is battered and cripsy, and i think ppl in the us are expecting american fried chicken.
ddeokbokki is actually really good portion-wise and flavor-wise. it's one of the few decent ddeokbokkis around milwaukee. my husband usually doesn't like rice cakes, but he enjoyed it. i personally can handle a lot of spice, and i can say that my order had a kick to it. would order again, just not that secret sauce.

I have been to seven bb.q Chicken restaurants in four states and this one is by far the worst. We ordered our food 2 1/2 hours ahead and when we got there, they said that we had to wait another 20 minutes and we waited 20 minutes. After we asked them about our food, they said we had to wait another 10 minutes and after wait 10 minutes they still didn’t give us all our food. So disappointed in this customer service!
