MediaNoche - the bread seemed more like a panini but was perfect; initial crunch and soft in the middle
Wonderfully flavored ingredients.
Would have preferred slightly juicier but this is top notch

The collards greens are very tough, as you can se the pressure I'm putting on it in the picture & it would not mash, they had a lot of hard stalks in them & the burger was burnt on bottom, it was supposed to be medium well.
The dessert was good

Kid Fish and Chips fish was perfect after couple minutes in the air fryer -Ribeye Special Quesadill not a ton of flavor but aton of tender ribeye- plan to season it up - even Pico was bland. Chocolate Torte- it's Chocolate Torte 'nuff said mmmmmmmm - you'll be glad you did.

Taproom Burger was very dry and tough.

Bacon was burnt, salmon dry a crackers. 1st and last time ordering here. Even the fries we're tasteless
