This was one of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had. Great portion, fresh ingredients. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My food was ready before estimated time. This will be my new Friday lunch spot

I was extremely disappointed with the portion sizes and overall value of this order. I paid around $40 for a ropa vieja meal with white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains, plus an additional side of ropa vieja. Both containers had barely any meat, and it honestly looked like the extra side had been taken out of the portion intended for the main meal. The rice amounted to maybe half a cup, the black beans were just a few spoonfuls in a tiny separate container, and the overall portions were nowhere near what the restaurant’s online photos suggest. For what I paid, I expected a reasonable, satisfying meal, not such small portions that left me feeling completely ripped off. The food may have been fine, but the quantity and value were unacceptable. Lechon and vaca frita were the stars. Great flavor and tender. Portions were on the smaller side for the price but the food was good so I will order again. Saltado was ok, a little dry but the pieces of yucca were tasty.

The food was so good but the portion for the price... insane. I paid $20 for a tiny plate, I mean the rice and beans came in a little side dish container. There was so much meat and not enough rice and beans. Overall was good but for the portion and price not worth it.
