The Pollo (1/2) was overcooked (dry and tough), the French fries were flavorless/unsalted and underdone, and the salad was dripping wet with rinse water, making the fries even soggier. Very disappointed. The ceviche de pescado and Saltado de Pollo were good at least.

Really delicious Tallarin Verde con Bisteck Apanado and Salsa Picante. i would definitely order again, came with complementary soup that was also delicious. The food was so hot and fresh it was burning my hands holding the bag.

They may want to consider a different cut of beef, the lomo soltado came with some pieces of very tough, inedible beef. Chaufa was okay, Aji Verde sauce is superb. Seems like their chicken offerings are the best bet.
