The new multigrain buns are trash. They are so dry and crumbly. And why are they serving the bread in plastic sealed bags.

As always, the bacon on the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was not done. They either need to add an option for crispy bacon or just finish frying it without prompting.

Last two orders on separate occasions from this location has been disappointing. We order the grilled chicken whether on salads or nuggets for the kids. The chicken has been coming out with a lot of residue from the grill. Black, burnt residue, when a grill is not cleaned.

I didnt receive dressing, tortilla chips or pepitas, the salad was not even the full plate it was missing most ingredients.Spicy Southwest Salad also the fries were cold
