First time having Handels. Ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake and the Knot your average dough. The cheesecake pieces were flavorless, and had the texture of a sponge. Strawberry sauce was pretty much Nesquik. Knot your average dough was overly sweet. More like a birthday cake than anything. Same price as Bruster's with 10% the quality.

They used to pack the hurricanes with toppings. I literally added two extra toppings and there was a mediocre amount. The regular ice cream is good but the hurricanes aren't worth it.

Extremely inconsistent. They have delicious ice cream but the hurricane's sometimes are full to the top, other times they don't fill the cup. Sometimes there's hardly any Reese's, other times there are so many it's not even good. It's really strange
