The two things we order most (12oz ribeye & 6oz sirloin) were much better than  any time before, including both through DoorDash and dining in. The sides with each meal (both had loaded baked potato and broccoli) were cooked and prepared just as well. I feel like there must be a new management team?? 🙌  Everything was delicious and packed with care - the little notes on the boxes and stuff with descriptions were thoughtful and appreciated 🙂

I don't want to say this is a bad restaurant. We have often enjoyed the food and service over the years. Of course, its always best when we dine in. They are just incredibly inconsistent. Today, through doordash, we were served old, cold, tasteless fries, warm-ISH proteins, smaller than usual portions (southwest chicken w/shrimp substituted)... and the doordasher didnt take long at all to get from the restaurant to us, so the food temp not on him. Dang it yall!

I odered my steak medium rare, and it was well done with no pink at all and tough as nails. The onion rings were nothing but fried bits of batter with zero actual onions, and we didn even receive the chicken flautas that we ordered. The taco salad also tasted spoiled. We have eaten here many times and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had eating this food

My meat was medium rare and I asked for well done. I also sent it on special instructions that the last time I ordered and asked for well done I received medium rare so please make sure it's well done. My potatoe was not done all the way, it was hard.

I ordered the  14 oz. New York Strip* and it came burnt and charred not the good kind of charred either. Rice was bland and potatoes had no flavor I would not order steak from here better off somewhere else.
