They called to tell me the White Pullapart - Cheese was going to take time and shipped it to me fresh and hot out of the oven. A bit of lucky timing on my part but that they made it happen is top notch.

there was no bag on bread to keep it fresh, for future uses. also the cinnamon buns were burnt to hell and hard.
